HabitDays is a habit tracking application that helps users build lasting habits using research-backed protocols. The App provides tools for tracking daily habits, viewing progress, and learning about habit formation science.

HabitDays is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of the health experts, researchers, or public figures mentioned in the App. This includes, but is not limited to: Andrew Huberman, Peter Attia, Matt Walker, Rhonda Patrick, Andy Galpin, Jack Feldman, Tim Ferriss, or Lex Fridman.
Educational Content Only
The protocols and habits presented in this App are curated from publicly available educational content, including podcasts, books, interviews, and peer-reviewed research. We cite these sources for educational purposes only, similar to how a textbook or educational website might reference expert knowledge.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkLogician and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any health decisions made based on App content
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Any third-party conduct or content
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkLogician, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
